Mary J. Blige's "Growing Pains" Celebrates 10th Anniversary

The Legendary Mary J. Blige released her Grammy Award-winning eighth LP Growing Pains 10 years ago on this day in music which topped the Billboard 200’s and R&B Album charts respectively.

Growing Pains was certified Platinum courtesy of the singles “Just Fine”, “Work That”, “Stay Down” and other promotional appearances.

Thanks to the production of The Neptunes, Dre & Vidal, Stargate, Chuck Harmony, Ne-Yo, Christopher Stewart and Bryan Michael-Cox, the album sonically stands as some of Mary’s best work by far.
