The rising R&B star captivated in the newly released clip. The video was directed by Jamie and Hollywood Pompeii of Kevin Gates, Rob 49 and Lil Baby fame. The visual tastefully breathes new life into the already vibrant dance groove. The track recently impacted radio and the video is already making waves. The clip is full of fashion, quick cuts, lasers and even slick dance moves. The dance sequence was choreographed by Tik Tok sensation Mark Barnes. The visual which was released on Valentine’s Day is a high energy message of love. One of the videos most visually enticing scenes consist of the R&B star in front of a wall with the message “Love is a risk. Do it Anyway.”
In another scene he’s seen sitting with dark red lighting to emphasize the love theme. The dance sequence continues the message of love. He and his dancers perform with shirts paying homage to the late legend Bob Marley and one of his biggest hits “One love.” The bright colors and subtle nod to reggae culture makes the entire visual flow beautifully.
The single “Don’t hold back” is available on all streaming platforms. The track was produced by New Orleans producer David Lynn and recorded by Vlad whose most known for collaborations with Chloe Bailey, Rahbi and a slew of other major artists.
In addition to the “Don’t Hold Back” video, D33zy is releasing a fiction novel titled “Inherited Karma.” The book is slated for release later this year. His first EP Confessions of a Mysterious Mind is also slated for release this year.
Additionally, the newcomer recently returned to the film industry after the history making strike.
