En Vogue Reflects On Their Debut Single "Hold On" 30 Years Later


Grammy nominated and trendsetting Iconic vocal quartet EN VOGUE which originally consisted of Dawn Robinson, Cindy Herron, Maxine Jones & Terry Ellis was formed by super producers Denzil Foster & Thomas McElroy in Oakland, CA.

The group went on to release their Platinum-selling debut single "Hold On" which peaked at No. 1 and No. 2 on Billboard's R&B and Hot 100's singles charts respectively and won the group the Billboard Music Award for R&B Single of the Year, the Soul Train Music Award for Best Single by a Duo/Group and a Grammy nomination for Best R&B Vocal Performance by a Duo or Group.

Founding members Cindy Herron-Braggs and Terry Ellis reflects on their Legendary song 30 years later.





On April 3, 2020, Rhino Records will release their debut album Born to Sing: 30th Anniversary Expanded Edition which features 21 newly remastered tracks including remixes and rarities.
