American Soul Singer-songwriter BRIAN OWENS has released double singles "Cool Water (Justice Rolls Down Like)" and "Sparrow".

"Cool Water (Justice Rolls Down Like)" is an original inspirational track co-written by Owens LISTEN HERE!, while "Sparrow" is a Marvin Gaye cover song LISTEN HERE!.

On the songs, Owens adds:
