Justine Skye Releases New EP "Bare With Me"

Emerging R&B singer-songwriter JUSTINE SKYE delivers her latest EP, Bare With Me, which she declares her most honest music of her career, touching on relationships, insecurities, yearning and fear.

 

The six-track Contemporary R&B/Afrobeat-influence project serves as her first independent release since leaving Roc Nation earlier in the year and features the lead single "Maybe".

 

On her switch to being an independent artist, Skye adds:

 “Normally, when you’re not with a label and you’re trying to be an artist in the past…it was like impossible. Now, it’s good for you. Now you can really, really dive into your true self, you don’t have so many suits on top of you telling you what you need to do.”

Singer, songwriter, actress and model JUSTINE SKYE returns with her latest R&B/Afrobeat inspired single, "Maybe".

Produced by Dre Skull (PARTYNEXTDOOR, Drake, Wizkid), the sensual single serves as Skye's newfound independence after being with a major label.

Skye is also set to appear on Irv Gotti's directed series Tales on BET.

ST. BEAUTY: Rising eclectic duo St. Beauty comprised of Alex Belle and Isis Valentino has unveiled the visual to their latest single “Not Discuss It” from their new EP Running to the Sun available now on all digital online music stores.

“Not Discuss It” follows after “Caught”, a song about cheating men.

On the EP, St. Beauty says, “This project is just the beginning for us. We have so much more to say, and we’re so excited to continue to share our story with the world. Thank you to Janelle Monae and Wondaland for being such inspiration and believing in our vision”.
