This week Grammy Award-winning singer, songwriter and actress Brandy has scored a Billboard Top 10 Adult R&B Airplay hit with her Chance the Rapper-assisted song "Baby Mama" which reached No. 10
"Baby Mama" is Brandy's tenth overall top 10 entry on the chart and serves as the follow-up to her No. 1 Billboard Adult R&B song "Love Again" with Daniel Caesar.
Brandy is set to release her seventh studio album B7 on July 31, 2020.
Grammy Award-winning recording artists BRANDY & CHANCE THE RAPPER recently teamed up for their empowering song entitled "Baby Mama" and have now shared the Derek Blanks-directed visuals. See HERE!
The Hit-Boy-produced song follows after Brandy's 2019 release "Freedom Ring" and her Daniel Caesar collaborative No. 1 Urban AC hit "Love Again".
Grammy Award-winning R&B Superstar BRANDY has teamed up with CHANCE THE RAPPER on her empowering new single "Baby Mama".
On the song, Brandy adds:
"It has such a message. It's celebrating mother's out there who are out there doing their best for their children and striving in their independence, in their strength, in their power. I just wanted to come out with a powerful message like that."
Produced by Hit-Boy, "Baby Mama" follows after Brandy's 2019 release "Freedom Rings" and is available on all digital music streaming platform services.
Brandy is also prepping to release her upcoming seventh studio LP which follows after 2012's Two Eleven, adding:
"I've dedicated the last couple of years of my life to my new music, my new project. It's taken me a while, but I'm so happy about the focus and the work ethic that I've put into this project. I'm really proud of it and I finally feel ready to present it to the world."
